Omission of Rule 4 of Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014
Rule 4 has been omitted by the Central Government, thereby eliminating the requirement of the physical presence of BOD during meetings in certain circumstances.Analysis of the relevant notification has been provided below for reference purpose.
